Success!!!

I have finally found a job!!! I am very excited. A lady in our ward goes to a salon to get her eyebrows waxed but she asks me to color and cut her hair. When she was there last she heard about an associate program. I went in and was basically told I could start the next week. It is called "Changes". For the associate program I go in and work with a lady, Margaret, and she teaches me everything she knows for a few months. After that time she gives me some of her clients who would like a cheaper price. So I get a clientele pretty quickly right from the beginning which is usually really hard to do. (So I am told, I wouldn't know yet)

I think the salon is high-end. I would never pay the prices these people pay. These are just a few of the prices to give you an idea.

I work for a little Irish lady. She trained with Vidal Sassoon, which is really cool. I can hopefully learn a lot from her! At the end of the day, after listening to her all day I start thinking in an Irish accent. Its so weird! I can't speak like her but I sure do think it. Maybe I'm just crazy!
